The position is a full-time, permanent position.

We are a London-based website agency working with some big names in the public sector. We are looking for an office manager who can work flexibly and independently. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can complement our team of professionals by providing administrative assistance and support in our friendly and relaxed office.

Key responsibilities

As an Administrator, you will find yourself in a key role which requires a professional and business-like approach at all times. You will support the business in the day-to-day functions of the management team. This is a busy and varied role which will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop office filing system (physical & online)

  • Input, scanning and filing of documents received

  • Office management, for example preparing meeting rooms

  • Answer the telephone and address enquiries with a polite and professional approach, and manage other incoming enquiries

  • Create documents and content for the team - this will include client reports & product user guides on a regular basis

  • Reviewing reports and communications for language and styling

  • Assist with managing incoming and outgoing invoice processing

  • Assist with updating financial records within accountancy software


This role requires a hard-working and well organised individual who is a confident communicator and able to liaise with clients effectively. You will be computer literate and will have good working knowledge of standard office systems. Hours of work will be flexible across the week, but are generally expected to mirror standard office hours.

  • Experience of industry accreditations (ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 would be advantageous)
